In this situation, we invite you to rent and enjoy — meaning you can rent the air conditioning or heating system you need to keep your home comfortable for as long as you need to until your system can be purchased. Just some of the benefits of renting include a flexible buyout at any time—if you love the unit you’re renting, you can opt to purchase it. We provide emergency priority service, so if your furnace or air conditioner stops working in the middle of the night, you won’t have to be uncomfortable until morning.

Other benefits include free installation, lifetime service, and repairs on any parts for as long as you rent the unit, and lifetime maintenance as well. If a repair need arises and the unit cannot be fixed, a free replacement will be provided. You can also transfer this rented unit for free to the next homeowner if you move. This program has a minimum contract commitment, but you can opt out if you buy the equipment. After the contract terms are up, you can continue to pay month to month for an unlimited length of time.
